The person on skype and email is a known scammer.

There is no match with totalchaos to any of this info. No VPN detected on totalchaos's account and IP are from different continents. I checked totalchaos's account and in a PM he says he doesn't even use skype.

johnyccoy was banned previously for impersonating members on Skype and it appear he did it again here.
