There are two payment methods: Paypal and Skrill.
4. What's the payment time?
I will pay You instantly after You deliver gold. Sometimes, due to random issues it might be few mins more.

There are four ingame trade methods:
Face to Face(supplier meet with client ingame).
Auction House(You put item on Auction House and supplier will buy it, I pay 5% fee).
Guild Bank(simple deposit or whitdraw gold).
Mailbox(You will receive your gold on mailbox).
I will always try to advise You the safest trade method. The risk of bann occurs but it is hard to say in numbers. If your account is flagged for a first time, it is more like warning, not bann.
7. Alright, but how much can You pay?
I can't tell you exact price right now. Everything depends on market price also from server and current gold stock on it and how big is order. There are special prices for returning suppliers. Price stretch is 0.15 $ - 0.45 $ per k
