What is the dispute about? Selling of CS:GO skins

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Contacted via EpicNPC to arrange sale of CS:GO skins for Paypal. Once contacted he proceeded to take the items in question, then stated he was having difficulty with Paypal and needed to transfer funds from his Bank Account, Once i got suspicious i messaged him and he told me not to worry.. He eventually logged off but also attempted to send me a Paypal invoice for the agreed item value in hopes i would fall for it and send him the funds.
