The gold 5 account is on North America servers and has every champion, including enough to buy the new champion, 225 skins, 1.3m collection score on elophant, 18 rune pages, and rewards from previous seasons. I will be selling this account for around 80$

The unranked account is on Latin North America servers, 43 champions, riot k9 nasus, firefighter trist, 27 skins, and has only 2 rune pages. i will be selling this account for as little as 30$

Yeah I added this guy and we agreed on the price of 60$ so I gave the idea of me going half and half for info. Good thing I decided to do that because right after I sent the 30 he removed me and didn't say a word. Rip $30, and this guy is clearly a scammer.

 

Yes I made a mistake of accusing him, although my $50 is now gone. I will delete these messages once I get the chance. Still one thing though...my $50 is in his locked PayPal account. He can simply unlock it anytime he wants and the $50 will be his to keep. I will never know. Anyone have any ideas? I even offered to pay him another $50 to buy the account but he said he dind't want to make another PayPal, so I don't know how he is planning on selling this account without a new PayPal.

UPDATE: I now know that he has spent the PayPal money and redeemed it into his account, which isn't yet verified. This brings up a form that tells you to verify the account, which he did so with fake ID, such as fake social security number. The result of this is that PayPal now needs further identification from him and has locked his account with MY $50 in it. He refuses to respond to my messages and doesn't want to cooperate to unlock his account even though there is a super easy way to refund the money from PayPal without have to verify, as stated on their website. All he has to do is visit their website and ask for the money to be taken out of the locked account, but he refuses to communicate or accept my help. What should I do!?!?

 

Not saying he is a scam or anything, but dealing with this guy was a hassle! After we had finalized the deal, I went out and got a $50 PayPal prepaid card and tried to send him money. Turns out, his PayPal account isn't verified! This would be fine, I said that I had a friend who could transfer the agreed upon amount (which is allowed without verification, and is the simple solution) to this guy. He refused and also refuses to make a new PayPal account so we can get this done. Now I have an extra $50 that he backed out of at the last minute, and refuses to solve the problem with me, despite my attempts at helping him. BE WARNED: If you don't want a hassle and the possibility of him backing out, don't deal with him! If he does respond and deal with me, I will remove this.
