How do you get in touch with these guys? Ive been trying repeatedly to get into contact with them about a 9-0 run via PS4 and just can't seem to get in touch with them

This was the first time I used this person, and they did a great job. Three characters flawless, it took a little time to complete but, in the end, well worth it. ran this with them on hard crota. Seemed very cooperative. However many wipes on each boss especially crota. They kept apologizing, which it isn't a big deal to me, **** happens. But thought it should be known that they lag a little big and causes them to wipe. Good people though
