Im selling my Account Stats: Original and Veteran Backer bonuses from June 2013 Including upgraded Digital Mercenary Package with Alpha and Beta access with following Ships: Aurora LX - LTI Constellation Andromeda - LTI Xi'an Karthu - LTI Avenger - LTI Price: Negotiable (highest bidder) I would like to get payed over paypal and buyer will receive Account changed to his wishes (Name, mail and handle) . I will promise to abandon my account, agree to never attempt to recover said account via RSI or any other means. If an agreement is made with a buyer and the buyer totally and absolutely completes the transaction as agreed upon by both the seller and the buyer. I accept only verified paypal. I accept a Middleman, all fees and costs are negotiable. 5% discount if you accept to pay before I give you the Account Disclaimer: (1) Account sales are in clear violation of RSI's terms of service, and are at high risk of being terminated at any time (2) The original owner will remain the legal owner of the account except in specific jurisdiction where local laws that supercede RSI's EULA allows for account transfers.

1) It could be due to your accout being new. I cannot be sure, as I do not have that restriction.

2) No, the account is German as well. It was just created on a US server. This is good, as the EU high court ruled that accounts and digitial goods are the property of the person that made them, not the company that owns the server. So this sale is legal and CIG cannot seize the account, not that they would. But it removes the possibility of them doing so.

3) The giftability of the ships add to their value, as it means a buyer can sell one or two off if they do not like them later (or if they suddenly need the cash). Account-locked (even LTI) ships are not worth nearly as much as giftable ones. You account is good, as the only the smallest ship is locked.

 

1st off all, Why can't I edit my Post?
The structure was totally lost as the Thread was pending, now its a Text mess.
And my appologies I coulndt fix it earlier, as I am working in a fulltime Job.

2nd I own a verified Paypal account, created in Germany as I am german. The SC Account was created in US (Dont know if you mean that)

3rd All ships, but the Aurora (which is bound to the Mercenary pack) are giftable. But I like to sell the Account in one piece, as I like to bail SC and focus on Elite. I like to avoid the mess of selling little parts of the Account.

Minimum bid will be 500$ and I will let the auction open 4 weeks prior to this date (2nd of December 2014), or if I found a buyer it will be closed earlier. I will reserve my right not to sell the Account when I am not approve with given offers.
I don't want to scam, nor be scamed.

You should put a minimum bid and a close date on the auction. Otherwise
everyone will either lowball ($50), or just ignore it, assuming that you will
not take the actual highest bidder if it is lower than you approve of.
