I paid for premium few years ago for WoW unbanned and he is just using some templates of tickets to submit. However, blizzard know that and from where does these templates came from and its a copy paste templates they're just ignore your tickets without even bothering them selves to respond.
Save your money and don't waste it by buying this service.
