The code gives you a weapon that infects people with the "pax pox" a term reffered to people getting sick after attending pax. They only gave these codes out to people who attended the party and that is it! So there are only a few hundred of these things even out there.
I can provide pictures of the card the code is on as well to provide proof.
Do not let this one of a kind weapon pass you by because you will truly stand out in the game with this extremely limited edition item!
