You can only do this 3 times per year so make them count.
As long as 'Make this my Home Xbox' is enabled you will be able to play the games on that account. Once it's disabled you won't be able to access those games anymore so don't disable until your both done sharing each others games.
- Get the login info of the account you want games from
- Log into the account on your Xbox One
- Go to Apps > Settings > My Home Xbox
- Select 'Make this my Home Xbox' (3 times per year)
- Go to My Games > Ready to Install then download the games you want
