Title says it all. I'm looking to buy a few accounts on the cheap. NA or EU, doesn't matter either way.

Couple guidelines as to what I'm looking for:

I would prefer level prefer vr1 +
Game time is a huge bonus
I will only purchase low level accounts if they have game time.
High level blacksmithing/woodworking/clothing would be great
Most importantly: Cheap, I'm talking 20-75$ (some exceptions may apply)
