I just bought the service for "character automation" suspended account.
He's very kind and friendly, and he also gave me some recommendations.
I'll update with the results.
Update: I bought the intermediate package and he stopped answering (and also blocked me on skype) out of the blue.
At the moment, 9 days without an answer.
Definitely not recommended.
