I have an account with 6 level 90s, 1 level 87, and 2 level 85s All characters are Horde on Blackrock. All have pvp gear, I didn't do any PvE unfortunately. Have most plate and cloth BoAs, and some leather. The account has roughly 18,200 gold between the characters.
