As the title, I am looking for a near complete or complete and geared toon.

 

Still looking for an account with the above criteria. I am fine going first if you have rep on here. If not account before money changes hands.

Looking for a reasonably priced toon or at the very least someone who knows what they want, not interested in spending 2 weeks with slow communications.

well, I got a TsW account thats already completed NYC a few times, full purple gear, all 3 expansions bought as well, main is a templar over 50% wheel completion... can give more info if asked (You ask I answer lol) also, you offer the price, if I like it then sure, if not then you get the idea XD also you have no rep so you will have to go first or hire a trusted middleman to over see the deal. if ya interested my skype is dj_blacktear
