That is a good point however his last activity was 09/14, although arguably he could still just be browsing around (but have not heard from him since my previous post, pm or skype)

Personally I can't see that I have bullied, forced or beaten him to sell me the account for $160, if he could find any evidence of that then of course he could/should get his money back.

Honestly, I think the guy realised how much he'd lost playing the game, and wanted to get rid of it fast and out of his life.

Unreal that you ripped that guy off so badly. That's just terrible.
 
I skyped the seller to ask for further details and put in a bid, but he just wanted the $160 to pay his electric bill which was due, he prioritised his electric bill over making as much money as he could.

The proof is that he has not come back demanding his money back and claiming he was ripped off, if he does come back I am willing to sell the account back to him for the $160.
