The account is a pre-order and CE edition, so that means it's also a Founder account.
The character itself isn't that great, but it's not that bad.
I don't remember the item level he was on, but I'm going to guess around il145. In a nutshell I got him in low tier dungeon lv60 items.
Has maxed mining ores gatheting

I would of checked myself the item level / gear and other things like money, but I don't have TERA installed anymore.
