I'm looking for a crafting mule with 90+(100+ pref) of a craft (pref other than cooking or alchemy). I'd like to get one with 90+ fishing and an ebisu but that isn't necessary. Must be NA and be world transferable or on Cerberus. I would like a middleman if not a verified seller with a reputation. Seller can dictate payment options though I would prefer paypal if at all possible.

 

Still looking. Willing to spend a bit on it provided that it's worth it (had money come in just as several accounts I was looking at all sold).
