Why do I need to post 5 posts to be able to create a thraed

Oh, when I tried to make my first thread in a buying/selling sector I got the message with the 5 posts( I added some links)
where can I post 5 posts to be allowed to post links?

As stated, you don't need 5 posts to make a thread, only to post links.

If you can't post, then that means that forum requires you to upgrade your account. Leveling/Boosting forums require membership upgrades to create threads.

Do you need to upgrade an account to sell or to advertise an account for sale? I will be selling an account soon (or at least trying to) and I'm researching the best and safest way to do it on here.

Most of the forums are free to post in. Some require an account upgrade like Boosting/Leveling forums, beta forums and a few others games
