Looking to purchase a North American level 30 League of Legends account. Ranked or anything doesn't matter now that the season is almost over. What I care about is that it is level 30 with decent runes, decent champions, and maybe some decent skins. Unobtainable skins are a huge plus (Kitty Cat Katarina, Bewitching Nidalee, etc.) I figure around a 50.00 budget should be fine for a LoL account. More or less depending on whats on the account.
