They don't need to be end gear, but a decent one is welcome.
403 + ItemLevel is a Plus.
I'm also buying lvl 60/70 Twinks with current end gear or some Legendaries.
End gear for current lvl is a must
Tier 3 is a Plus Plus
Legendaries is a Plus
ALSO buying normal Chars but for a very good Price (Price Range: 30-100 Euros)
