Hey, I have an SC2 account that has already been used and name change used. HOWEVER, to make up for this, I can get the account to masters for you, and then give it to you.
If you want the account with masters on it, I will charge 30 dollars for the account.
If you want the account without masters on it, I will charge 20 dollars for the account.
Usually I sell masters rating for 40 dollars, so this is a VERY good deal.
