A user can sell to whomever they wish and refund whever they would like, you were not scMmed, so find someone else to buy from and move on

 

Dont waste your time here. Here in game name is triage she agreed to sell it to me along with a Mono 3 for $50.00. I was checking prices elsewhere i requested her paypal email. She asked to go smoke and we'd finish when she got back. As she was smoking I sent the $50.00. She comes back says she has changed her mind and refunds my money. Dont waste your time she has the items but doesn't want to sell them I guess
