2nd Account was banned

Hey, I created a 2nd account to use instead of this one, because I do not play or supply currency for TERA anymore. However after I paid the $10 to verify the account, I was banned for using 2 accounts. If this has to be done, can I get this account deleted, and use only the new one.

New username is Skratchx.

I changed your usename, which cost $10 in the Epic Store, so you used the $10 for verification towards the username change. There's no need to register a new account and re verify it.

Thank you, is there anyway you can remove the email that was associated with that account aswell, so I can use that email for this one.
