1st time buyer account

Hello to all, I'm a new user here in epicnpc and I am keen to buy a tera account for $60-$70 since I don't want to start all over again. I used to play tera a long time ago and I'd like to play again with my friends whom are all LV60's in MT server.

I've got 2 email addresses that I use at the moment. 1st email address I use now is connected to my steam account and a lot of games(so basically this is my gaming email address). 2nd email address is my personal email that is connected to my paypal account to buy stuff in ebay and more.

I would like to purchase this through my paypal account since I've already got the money there. I've tried following on how I make my epicnpc account to show that I am paypal verified however, there is no link as "Edit my Signature" in "My Settings" tab. Please help?

I've read most of the buy, sell and safe threads but I want more advice if possible, please, before I start processing with him.
What's a safe way to purchase it through paypal? (gift card, invorce or?)
Is the process here, who goes first?
What's a safe method?
If there's more please share them!!

I'm posting this thread to take extra precautions since there is always risk of getting scammed and so I could use and trust this website in the future.

Paypal is fine for making payment, since you're new and have no feedback most likely the seller will ask you to go first. If the seller also is new and has no feedback, you might want to use a Middleman to be safer. Make sure to contact the seller directly on EpicNPC as many scammers will try to impersonate our members on Skype.
