Hello, this is my second attempt at selling my Steam account. I am the original owner of the account and the only one who's used it (I am able to provide proof of transactions if necessary).
The account has 64 Games in total w/ 17 badges. It has no VAC, Trade, Game, Community Bans whatsoever.

It is valued at 1100EUR at SteamDB.

Some of the Notable Games are ;

Ark: Survival Evolved
Arma 3 Apex Edition
Black Desert Online
CoD: BO3
CS:GO (Unranked)
Dark Souls Trilogy (1-3 w/ all DLCs)
All Neptunia games
JC3 XL Edition

Metro 2033 and Last Light Redux
Middle Earth : Shadow of Mordor GOTY
Payday 2 (with all DLCs)
Rainbow Six Siege with Year 1-3 passes.

Now, Uplay will be of course included and it comes it AC4, AC Syndicate Gold Edition, Far Cry 4 and Watch Dogs.
I'd be more than happy to include my Origin and GOG account too which has the Witcher 3 GOTY (GOG) and BF1 (Origin) if you'd like since I don't really play them anymore.

You won't have to worry about account recalls as I will be giving you photos of the CD Keys and Proof of Purchases (Paypal) used on the account in case you lost or forgot the account. I would be more than happy to help you if something were to ever go wrong. Rest assured, as I am starting over a new account with a certain theme behind it thus, why I'm selling this account so no worries on me even trying to get the account back.

Looking for at least 60$ or 50EUR for the account.

Method of Payment would be PayPal (Preferably), Steam Card (€50), Paysafecard (€50).

I'm more than happy to use a middleman if the buyer wants to. Provided that he covers the fees, unless he is willing to go first.

P.S. Some people have asked me why I'm selling the account for such a low price. I am merely trying to sell the account to fund my new account (to pay for artwork commissions and etc,.) as I only use this account for Siege which I have on my new account.
Another question asked often is why can I not provide the original e-mail ? The answer to that question is because I am currently using it as my personal e-mail for school and things like that. Thus, why I am sending you proof of purchases, CD Keys, and etc., as a replacement to the e-mail with the current situation. I hope that would clear up some suspicions and questions regarding the account.
