for example, if the price is $10, and you pay out of country inducing a 4.4% fee, and use USD ($0.30), your total will be $10.74
if the price is $15, and you pay out of country with euros, which the conversion rate for is 1 USD = 0.832065 EUR and induces a 0.35 fee, you'd pay 12.83.
