Contract and terms of service:
Always send a request for the trade systems when you wish to place a project order.
There are no demonstrations or "demo" of graphic designs.
Explain exactly what you want, colors, typeface, references, etc. To streamline the process of design and creation of the project.
The payment methods are Paypal (Without commissions for "Family and Friends" and commission of 5% for each transaction), BTC (No commissions for each transaction)
Prior cancellation of 50% of the payment when contracting the service and 50% during the delivery of the final product
Delivery time of 03 days right after starting the project and you do not work on multiple projects at once. It works by order of customers, from new to the oldest.
The editable .PSD and .AI are delivered under the responsibility of the customers, we do not take responsibility for the project after the files are delivered or offer technical support.
