Yes, i was metioning that rule of YouTube monetisation.

Most of viewers are from Serbia,Croatia,Bosnia,Montenegro,Macedonia,Albania,Bulgaria.

 

What do you mean it is not monetized? what new rules?

if you are talking about the 1000 subs and 4000 hours, than that's not a problem i will buy it for 130$ if the fans are from USA.
