Recovered the OSRS account after a little over a month

Sold me an OSRS account on 11/15 and he recovered it on 12/18. Ignoring me on skype. Found out he is banned on RuneMate for using the exact same account (May 20th)

I've been talking to him on skype and i'm trying to recover the account for him

I'll be refunding him even if I do get the account back as this is my fault for not letting him know i'm not the original owner.

logged into RS site sent his email a email change link and told him to type my email, he kept saying he did, but never happened, had an authenticator on account so was never able to login. etc this guy scams here and on other sites also because he asked which site did you find me off.

He's fully banned on Sythe since he doesn't want to cooperate. You can read through how he's replied over there, and he still has not issued a refund.
