There is no way to confirm if a seller botted or hand-farmed their currency. Either way, the risk to being banned for participating in the currency market appears to be about the same.

Hey there. Im selling a limited amount of coins. The price is 0,6 euro for 1coin. I will pay the fee for Warmane, so you will get the amount of coins you ordered. On Warmane' s site it says "Both sender and recipient players must have accounts older than 6 months" but it works for a fresh account aswell. If, however, you wont be able to receive the coins, I will return your money.
