edit in response to Mustinez below: These are actually good prices. These are no ordinary fresh accounts that just has few legends . These accounts each have several top tier units and few other legends as well as many Rayleigh points, 500 box space, many socket books and skill books, etc. Unless you get truly lucky, you won't get accounts like these for the prices you are looking for (for instance you can probably get the highly sought after combo of lucy, doffy/lawv2/aokiji on a fresh jp account for ~20~25 USD. but you're not getting anything but those units on that account for the most part).
