I was selling on her behalf i became a reseller for her and everything was good i took 2 of her customers orders because she was on vacation and she made me a moderator of her discord ill be her customer support always now the problem was i feel asleep of course every human sleeps so then she contacts me while am sleeping her and her partner lopoevil both pm i stole the customers money which i did not of course i was asleep my girlfriend replys stating am asleep to wait for me to wake up so once i was blocked from her server both her and lopo asked the customers to charge back not only when i brought her customers was i getting the sale she even made me send her the funds reason why am sure to avoid a chargeback in the future she also lied to my customers about giving bonuses as stated on her sales posts i finally contacted both of the customers to paypal i did my part completed the order and have succesfully resolve this now my customers i brought to her are asking for the bonus all screenshots are in the link below she accused me of scamming she accused me of comminting fraud and then she states i did not do it and to stop talking to her fine she wants to accuse me with her partner of such things of course ama defend my self and show that i did the right thing to try to help them out

I'm not sure why this is on Eoic, since this has nothing to do with it, but all was done on discord, anyways, im happy to share here.


You didn't work for or with us, you kept asking to resell, which i allow people to do when they have groups OUTSIDE Epic or MY Discord.

as you see the time laps of the messages of asking to resell and actually doing it, it was enough to normally not count you as one, tho i still gave you the discount, trying to be nice.

The reason you were Kicked from my Discord is simple. YOU TOOK PEOPLE MONEY IN MY NAME, FROM PEOPLE IN MY DISCORD.

Even if you were a legit reseller, you would have no right to poach the customer i already have in my own chat to benefit yourself, which at first i thought you were doing and was willing to talk about it.

When Lopo reached out to you, you went Dark, but others told us that you were still active in other groups, meanwhile I had a few customers asking about MY Service that they paid you for.

Lopo didn't get a reply from you, but funny enough right after she BAN you from discord your "Wife" contacted me from your Discord ID....

When I had people asking me if you scammed them in MY chat, from MY chat and couldnt get an answer from you, didnt see a message from you, had no record of this, what could it think?

After people mentioned this in my Disord, others come forth with screen shots of you trying to poach them from MY Discord, with you claiming you do the service and you can give them a better price, this was when we decided to BAN you.

After talking to your "Wife", while you were "sleeping" something else funny happened, you wrote a gave negative rating to me on Epic, funny how a sleeping person can do so much

Next I got messages from PayPal stating that on ALL the older orders i delivered to you in the past were now in dispute, that you got paid on and technically were the middle man for with your 20% cut, that i was so nice to give you.

You state that i didn't give a bonus? could you show me a screen shot of you ever stating this to me from all the past or ANY orders? -This was obviously made up junk, cause you have nothing else on me.

I did tell my customer to speak with you through PayPal, this is the process before a dispute, which they asked my advice on, since you took their money that you shouldnt have, then went MIA only for us(customers, Lopo and I).

No service was done or paid to me for those orders, so this didn't take anything from you, not sure how or why you are acting as if it did? -maybe show your paypal log of taking their payment then paying me? if this is your claim?

I will post proof of you charging me back for all the orders you placed and i'll post some of the Screen Shots i received by other and some of one of the concerned customers.

I ask that this case be dismissed and my Negative Feedback be removed for a few reasons; It had nothing to do with EpicNPC, I have every right ti BAN people from my Discord for any reason, I didn't take any money for any undelivered goods or service, Discord Drama should bleed into EpicNPC, The Discord Drama and BAN was done mostly with Lopo, not even me...

Proof:

All his PayPal Disputed to me, right after he got kicked from chat.(blocked personal info, can PM you the full, if needed)

Thier you can see lopo clearly say to chargeback i worked the issue with both of those customers as stated and promised now since am getting chargedback by being her reseller also in my defence the first messages i ssnt her are right thier in the keyword epic as you can see if shows when i was congrulated for being a mod by members so to some it up those chargeback are the reason am chargeing back as well you made those customers i got you chargeback so same goes to you this is not coming out of my pocket for your lack to understand people sleep and not waitig for a responsed what did you both do ban me also you guys had a issue with her before aboutnot delieverying a acct so that should be more then enough proof why i left negative feedback

All i see is Lopo caught you stealing, poaching and scamming on Discord and she Kicked you, you got Mad, dragged me into it cause i agreed with Lopo, is that about it? you are sour cause you got BAN off my Discord?

I showed my damages of all your charge backs that you did and that Lopo had to do one of my customer without payment cause of your scam mess.

You were removed from her discord for scam accusations and poaching customers. Or for any reason at all it is her discord.

She is not a business she has no tax id, you cannot do anything with the business bureau

What you are showing is not even a charge back, lol, its some random refund you gave to someone whom i dont even know...

The guy Lopo assisted yesterday didnt even pay $250, they payed you $175.

Not sure wha the others paid, since they said they would take care of you themselves, maybe it was one of them? and I hope you were decent enough to give them back what you didnt deliver.

and dont try saying that was the "$250" charge back you did to me, cause i can show my details and all could see that that payment was NOT done on the 16th... but an earlier date to a service that was delivered.


EpicNPC told you what needs to be done, so please stop harassing me and my customers and making alt IDs on my Discord, thanks have a nice day.

1) MissAmy can kick/ban anyone from her Discord server.

2) We have proof of the following.

- darkner3000 telling one customer to cancel an order in attempt to take business away from MissAmy
- another customer saying they paid darkner3000 but did not receive the service

3) There are 5 Paypal disputes against MissAmy from darkner3000 for the items he purchased to resell.

-- If you took money and did not provide a service, the customer has the right to dispute payment. This has nothing to do with MissAmy.

Here's what I need to see

- Darkner3000, please post images of all the Paypal disputes against you that you received in the last 48 hrs. If you did not provide the service to these customers, then you are not losing anything. You can talk to them and explain you will provide the service now, they can then close the dispute. I will contact all customers involved to find out if you provided the service or not.

- Customer disputes against darkner3000 does not mean darkner3000 gets to chargeback payments against MissAmy. Those are completed sales. Instead of disputing payments against MissAmy, you should be talking to your customers. The 5 disputes against Missamy need to be closed immediately. A ban will be issued in 48 hrs if they are not all closed and payments returned to Missamy.

Also here is proof amy took the order here is the email and transaction i payed 60 to amy i get a cut i have not spent the cut money so i can provided the refund its amys sale now if you guys understand it amy is onky being charged back the orders i sent her as at the time i was working for her so the chargeback are only the orders she took that day which is the chargebacks for failure to provided the bonus she metions i even ask her for screenshots which she never provides for the bonus and in response to doomto failed paypal considers her a business as its a bussiness service

I think you should just listen and follow the instructions of the Admin here, then drop it and accept you got caught, even other came forth and told me that you were BAN from many other groups for doing this same thing(can screen shot these if needed).

I didnt post about you here, cause it was mainly between you and Lopo, not even me and also it was all done from Discord not from Epic, so i saw no need to do anything more than BAN you from my Chat and warn others about you.

Think its time to just move on, you didn't lose anything, i did, so not sure why you are the one dragging this out? what result are you looking for?

Also please stop going on random groups and slandering Lopo and I; Thanks.
