5000+ HP and 200k dmg ( 236k dmg with atziri flask up)

It comes with good equipment and all the orbs, maps and items farmed during leveling. This also includes 4 offerings that drop from map trials.

The uniques necessary for this build to work are already equipped (abyssus, facebreakers, great old one's ward, melingrod's girdle and atziri's promise).
