You are shooting way to high, the usual price for 1mil sp is around 2.5$, so 2.5x70=175$ for the SP that your char holds, not sure if someone would be willing to buy it for 500$, since you could just buy injectors and save yourself time and money. If you are interested I can offer you for the character 200$, without assets or isk. Pm me if you want to make a deal.
