Here's my very fair and detailed review of my experience with Arrowboost:
TL;DR - Do not buy. Go else where. Perhaps they were once great, and maybe they will be again in the future, but right now they are liars and thieves.
I approached this seller as my normal person was busy and I was looking for someone who could start sooner. The seller responded to me and we began our conversation via Skype on pricing and options/features of the purchase. All I really cared for was the boost it's self and a stream. I like to watch so that I can 1.) Learn and 2.) Monitor for any illegal things (bots, toxicity, etc). We agreed on the price and the stream. I paid immediately to the paypal account the seller requested. After I confirmed he received payment, I simply asked for an estimated window when they booster would begin. He confirmed payment and gave me a time frame.
It was super early in the morning for me so I got some sleep and woke up at the time we agreed to await for his message that the boost begain. he was late. By the time he got around messaging me I was getting ready for work so I couldn't reply immediately with my verification code from Blizzard. When I did, he said the booster started the next account (which is weird since they were late, they couldn't wait for me to reply. It didn't take me that long but whatever, I get it. Time is money.). But assured me that I would be next on the boosters list. Except now I'm being informed there won't be a stream. We agreed on a stream before I ever paid and now I'm being informed there won't be a stream. I inquire about a refund at this time, but of course... would you believe it, he is unable to give me my money back because paypal is giving him problems and errors preventing him from sending the money. I said whatever, just do the boost and please start it soon.
Fast food 24 hours. I inquire about the status of my account. Seller informs me the booster has even touched it and at this time it most likely won't be played. He then tells me he can possibly get me a different booster. Why would you wait all this time when it's the end of the season to now get me another booster who won't even be able to do my order (my order was only around 400 SR) to the fullest on the terms we agreed. After asking for a refund again at this point knowing it's too late for me to get any sort of boost from some one else. And would you have guessed it. He's unable to refund my money because paypal is giving him errors.
At this point the seller starts attacking me. Please note, the seller did come back later and apologize for getting "emotional" with me. I do appreciate that and acknowledge it as it does take a lot to come back and apologize for your attitude. I do thank them for that. I've had to open a case with paypal as I can't seem to get my money back. And to add more so to the feeling of lies and scams, the seller is requesting that I only open the claim against a completely different paypal account than the one I paid. Paypal has informed me by doing so, I could lose my protection. Seller also claims the account I paid isn't his, that's just the account he send money too. He's not the booster, he just takes the orders and pays boosters but can't access the account you send payment too?
This seller isn't exactly trustworthy. Perhaps at one time they offered great services and perhaps they will again in the future. But as of right now, you will agree to terms and condition, and he will take your money... and that's where it will all stop. You'll get the feeling you ordered services from a great group, but will later find out they just take your money then have excuse after excuse after excuse as to why they can't meet a single term you agreed on and paid for.
0/10 will return and I strongly advise you look else where for any services you need.
Now I will gladly redact this review or at very least update it should the seller and I work our anything to restore my faith. But as of right now, I'm just being told I'll get my money maybe within a week... but I've been "lied" too multiple times about getting it so I'm not holding my breathe. I've accepted the fact that I lost my money and will never see it again. Should any of this change, I will update my review on here.

Edit - At this time, I can say the seller has done his best to resolve and fix the poor experience I had. He had supposedly released the booster from his employment that caused all of the issues. And he has stayed in contact with myself and reached out to paypal to help return my money. I'm still weary, but at least the person you will be speaking with will go the extra mile to try and resolve issues.
I've been left with a bad taste from emotional arguments on skype to the terms not being met, but at least the seller has done what appears to be his/their best to try and redeem their name, reputation and fix any wrong doings. And I can respect that. Thank you.
