Blocked on skype after payment send UID: 277132-ImCrave

Just bought a Overwatch account for $18 (send $18.85 so paypal would take fees for total payment of $18),

After I sent so did the seller block me on skype.

Luckly I bought with paypal so I can dispute this nonsense unless he gives me the account.

I have opened a "dispute" (Not really a dispute so far, they changed the system so first I need to message with him to see what he have to say, it will esclate to a dispute last august) on PayPal due to this users inactivity (I guess he wanted to scam for $18 then leave the forum?).

He have not answered on PayPal either.
