100% secure buying ?

am planing to buy several account and to resell them to my friends so i can get extra cash ..

anyways, i want my accounts that i buy to be 100% secure and the seller has no way to retrieve it ..

i think sending the char to new account is enough ? or i need more ?

coz i dont wana buy account then i sell it then it gets recalled by OO then am screwed :S

nothing is ever 100% in the virtual world. I tell everyone I sell accounts to this account is safe and probably wont be recalled but I only gaurentee accounts I lvled by myself.

If you ever to a new account, it can still be recalled. Just make sure you trust the person your buying from.

Use a credit card on all the purchases. You have up to 180 days to charge back your credit card. Now this isn't encouraging just charging things back on the fly, there is a limit to how much you can charge back a year. You may want to check your credit card company for the specific rules, though the norm is 180 days.
