Can i press charges against the person? It was done over Paypal, and he recalled i today..1,000 down the crapper if not.

that is why u call the billing department right after transaction and change the email immediatly...too bad man that sure has to suck...i think if id know his address id fly or drive there and beat his brain in. pssshh...i bet it was a kid too. good luck man hope u can do something about it. Try contacting paypal support.

On paypal you can open a dispute and file a claim, or you can Post it as Unauthorized Transaction. They will take care of it, it will be about 15 days but, you'll get your money back.
