These are just my experiences with the seller. While they have great reviews, please be advised that things like this may happen to you.

Transaction #1: I had paid for complete map exploration including all the expansion maps. Let me preface this by saying that at the time I was very new to the game, and made this clear to the seller. I clarified with them that my story progress or anything wouldn’t be a problem and they had assured me that they could still handle all the exploration. A few days into the service, they messaged me saying they are unable to complete it due to my mounts not being leveled and masteries being too low. So what was their solution? Pay more! I called them out for this “scam” tactic and said I even wanted a partial refund for however much they weren’t going to do. They deflected the request multiple times. Eventually, they settled with me on doing another service for my account, but honestly it wasn’t price equivalent.

Transaction #2: I bought 1500 gold. Due to the game’s cap on sending/recieving gold via mail, they had to send using mystic coins (which was fine). However, the first problem that arose with this was that they priced mystic coins more than they were worth, making a BIG difference in how much you actually receive. They priced mystic coins at 2 gold each, which they only sell for 1 gold and 80 silver to 1 gold and 90 silver. Doesn’t seem like much on paper but really adds up when you’re purchasing large quantities. This also doesn’t factor in the tax from the trading post. Realistically if you buy via mystic coins you’re only going to see about 66% of what you actually paid for. The final issue with this transaction was the delivery time. Their post claims that delivery is very quick when they aren’t asleep and that their counts on gold/mystic coins on their post are “always accurate”. The delivery time was atrocious, when I asked about it they said that they still had to prepare. I was also told these EXACT words: “we will inform you if we want to send the coins”

Again, these are only my experiences so take them with a grain of salt. Even with all of this, I excluded all the times I was ignored by the seller and blown off. This can be a bit aggravating when you pay money for a service.
