I can't comment on the delivery itself, since it didn't even come to that.
First of all the seller takes quite some time to reply to every message. That itself might be annoying but is of course still acceptable.
Now the thing: Since selector accounts for Genshin don't state the prices,I had to ask (as described) for them on every account. After asking for like 5, I initially decided on one. But as I kept looking I found 2 even better ones. So I asked if it's still possible to swap, otherwise it would be fine to take the one I initially wanted. For the first one I still got the price but my question to whether it's still possbile to swap, got ignored and I just got a link to their website as a reply, asking me to pay. For the second one where I even said that I'd take one of those 2 I just got blocked in return.
Like ???? It's not like I demanded anything, I simply asked if it's still fine to change and as an answer you just get blocked without further explanation (Not that the seller talked much in the first place). Guess the seller doesn't want money.
Also since they are acting as a broker and doesn't have the accounts themselves, you can just buy from the one. The other broker replied much faster, seemed nicer and had the same prices, if not even better ones.
