Received my account 48hours after buying, there is no such things as "switch account" so i can't even log in with the account i bought.
Website support ain't answering, e-mail support ain't answering, Discord support is very very slow and is not answering either.
Highly disappointed, everything used to be so fast back in the days, now i'm left with an account i will never be able to log in into because they are not answering.

Reliable, but tedious

So, this NIKKE account is like my second or third account I've bought from SetsunaEpic.
Back in the day, they used to be super fast, responsive and the whole thing would be done in like 10-15 minutes.
I'm going to assume that the account reroll selling business is growing, because it was more difficult now.
Gone is the direct payment. SE has you buy accounts straight from a website now. Talking through discord is painfully slow. Used to be super fast. This account process took like an hour now because SE would go large chunks of time without responding.
At the end of the day, I still have yet to have them not give me the account, or charge me an unreasonable price. So when all is said and done their service is still 100% reliable. Just nowhere near as quick, convenient and friendly as it used to be.
