march eidolons

I am looking for an NA account with March 7th Eidolons acc! It doesn't need any 5stars at all! She must be at least E3. The lower the TBL the better. I can do $5 through paypal and add an account with Dang Heng IL and Yanqing (Na, TBL 17). My funds aren't much so not accs with many 5 stars or...
