genshin scam

https://www.epicnpc.com/members/xhyos.1355768/ The person above scammed me. They bought my Genshin Impact Account on 14th July. And then, on 22th July they opened a dispute on paypal to refund the money. Now my balance is negative on paypal and this person still has my Genshin Impact Account...

This guy approached me as a buyer I was in urgent need of funds so I agreed to go first, he took the account and blocked me. I bought the account from someone else so I already contacted the orignal owner to recall it by contacting mihoyo.
