buying dragon lore

I'm not really looking for anything more than the dragon lore in the account, but if you have some other skins we can discuss the price, my budget has no limit, but if I would like to find an account with shadow ban or only trade banned

As the title states, just looking to get my hands on a Dragon Lore, pref no stickers. If it is MW but looks FN, I'd like to inspect it first but I may still be interested if the scratches aren't noticeable. The Factory new label doesn't mean a lot to me. Can pay via paypal, western union...
