would not recommend buying from him unless you want your account perm banned
 
He gave me a bad feedback, just because he wants me to refund a banned acc when i only said in the thread if the account was banned during the process i will full refund the payment, and i did... sometimes riot gives a ban even if it wasn't cheating they would label it as cheating or 3rd party.. this buyer is just blaming other sellers for non sense
