Problem resolution

I had left a negative feedback months ago. But i was recently reached out by the seller and they suprised me by resolving my issue. They are all about customer care. Their customer service definitely reassured me of their service and my trust in them is restored.

I will not be using this service again. I was given a time frame and the service kept getting pushed back and back. Communication was good on discord but that’s about it. I logged into my account after 5 days and nothing was done.

RESOLVED
 
We are very sorry that you have such an impression about our service. :(Unfortunately, the booster encountered difficulties in IRL, which resulted in a delay in completing the order, which he was unable to warn us about. The reason for the delay was that the booster was hospitalized. Nevertheless, he did part of the ordered work, namely, collecting artifacts for the characters daily. Unfortunately, he did not have the opportunity to finish the storyline part. Today, the booster said that he is ready to complete the order and will be able to finish it today (with story and other). If you change your mind and are ready to give us a chance to finish the work, please let us know at any time.

Did not complete my order

I paid for ALL STORY, 40 TB & EVERYTHING FOR 100%. My account started at TB33, after 7 days the TB level has only increased to 35. You can track what's happening on your account through the HSR official website, for 5 days there was nothing being done on my account, and after asking multiple times for updates I was then told my order was complete. I log into my account, and low and behold just as the HSR website said my account was sitting at level 35 with full trailblaze power. I tell them this, they say "Oh wait let me see" and then total silence.

Do not recommend.
