Since the save file on this account has not been modified (cosmetics were added by different means), a in-game report won't get the account terminated.
Now there is a chance that someone may send in a ticketed report with video evidence and all - although that's extraordinarily unlikely & the account will still likely end up fine.
With that being said, the chance is still there, even if it's to a minimum. If you want to lower the chances even more so, being partnered with twitch would help quite a bit, too!
