Did not complete order, said he would refund and did not do it. Do not recommend.

Started with great communication, then stopped completing the order saying he had many and a lot of things to do (which is fair if you're busy you're busy). Did 2/6 Raid CP in TWO WEEKS. Responded to me when I said I would post a negative review, ghosted me for days and did not complete order in multiple weeks. Made multiple excuses and sent screenshots insulting other buyers when they had "difficult" orders. Don't buy unless you want to be **** talked and not given your refund like they say.
My order was for GM Excision + Salvation's Edge Clear + Euphony Guarantee - he did 1 GM Excision, 1 GM Nightfall and 2 Salvation's Edge Boss CP (Not raid)
In picture 1 he's ghosting me after two weeks pass of communicating to get my order done, he does not complete them.
In picture 2 he's sending a picture to me of another client to trash talk them and call them difficult (doesn't even hide names)
In picture 3 he's explaining his situation (I want to be human but ghosting me isn't fair)
In picture 4 I show that he's logging onto the website but not responding on discord
In picture 5 he say's no refund in ToS when he told me he would refund if the order wasn't completed in the week (it wasn't)
In picture 6 he says I don't get my money back unless I take down the negative review. I deleted the review, but this is a post in the thread
In picture 7 he responds when I said it felt like a scam because he only did 2 boss CP - gave excuses and said my order is not priority and insulted another client
In picture 8 I tell him I have not gotten my refund and no contact from him after the time
In picture 9 I show my Paypal recent activity to show payment and no refund
