Notable characters: brand new Changli with her signature weapon (both already maxed ascension/lvl as of UL54), Jihnshi with her signature weapon, Yinlin with her signature weapon, Jianxin, Encore, Verina, Calcharo, Femrover + emerald genesis 5 star sword, 2 5 star standard guns, and still got the 1 5 star weapon selector, as well as the 1 free 5 star character selector.
Meta 5 stars have decent stats. Average 50-70% crit, all with over 200% crit damage. Still got echoes that I didn't bother checking.
4 star characters some are maxed constellations, some close to maxed. I have all 4 stars.
