You have to go to the in-game iOS/Google Play, mail, Facebook feature, the click on the mail gear and start the procedure to unlink your email (requires 30 Days)
can you do like a video proof or something

Of course it is, the email can be unlinked with a 30 days request that you can made! Feel free to try on Your account as well
