I believe it is linked to the play store account, there is no other option, this game is strange, I even thought it was in cash, but I cleared the data and it still logged into the game!

ask around Souls discord, someone will definitely be able to answer your questions about account transfers, etc. lmk as well
D Question, I tried to remove my game account to see how to connect to an account, in this case I purchased it and there is no option to log in, I removed the game data and when I open it, it loads the account directly without even being asked and when I do that it comes back without the link option, just like your photo, I don't know if it's possible to know if it's linked or not.

I dont think thats the case, you'll just have to log in your habby account to open it in that device. Thats how people open their accounts in other devices. Even in PC. maybe you didnt wipe out the data completely or missed a step. but I dont think its google play linked.
